Do you love being the “go to” expert that people look for advice? Working in a Verizon Wireless retail store, you will be helping customers sort through their home services options and picking out the best internet plan for them on the world’s most reliable fiber optic network: Verizon Fios.

Since you will be the store’s “subject-matter expert” on everything internet, Verizon Wireless employees will be referring customers to you all day long. And with unlimited commissions, and your amazing sales and service skills, you will knock it out of the park while making a difference in your customers’ lives.

WHAT YOU GET:

Total Compensation: Up to $27.08/hour (base + target commission)

Base pay: $18.00/hour

Commission based on performance

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will spend all of your time in a Verizon Wireless location where you’ll build relationships with all store employees, obtain referrals, and engage with customers.

You will also:

• Work collaboratively with others to serve customers
• Be the store’s guru on everything Verizon Fios, which includes attending every training opportunity
• Listen for and evaluate customer needs, and provide solutions
• Demonstrate and sell leading edge Verizon Fios services, like internet, TV, and home phone
• Exceed customer expectations, and escalate customer issues to appropriate channels
• Comply with all company and retail policies and procedures and leverage authorized incentive programs to drive referrals
